Football-mad Peter Naylor was sick as a parrot after magistrates gave him the red card for playing soccer in the street. The teenager was handed a £20 penalty plus £30 costs after being caught by police practising his skills in Poulton Street, Kirkham. The 19-year-old was tackled by officers after he balanced his football against a travel agents wall in the market town
