Covid positivity rate: The proportion of coronavirus tests coming back positive in Lancashire
The Covid positivity rate in England is on the rise, recent data shows.

The number of people taking PCR tests is steadily rising, with figures showing over 2.8 million tested in the seven days to September 24, up from 2.6 million a week earlier with the proportion of people testing positive rising with it, sitting at almost 7%
The World Health Organisation (WHO) says Covid is under control if up to 5% of tests are positive – but very few English councils are meeting that limit.
