Bosses saw '˜good' care during baby's hospital admission
Bosses at Victoria Hospital were shown a DVD detailing a baby girl's admission recently '“ which saw staff praised.
The board of directors regularly view the short films at meetings to highlight strengths and weaknesses in care.
The parents of the girl – who survived her ordeal – had a ‘good experience’, though some areas of care could be improved, documents revealed.
The ambulance service was also praised.
