Positive Covid-19 case at Bispham primary school

A positive coronavirus case was confirmed at a Bispham primary school today (October 16).

Moor Park primary school in Moor Park Avenue confirmed one positive case of coronavirus, and closed a class bubble as a result.

The positive case was confirmed in a pupil, the Gazette understands.

A spokesman for the school said: "We can confirm that we have had one positive case in school.

"We followed the protocol from Department of Education and have closed a class bubble to ensure we minimise the spread and impact of Covid-19."
