Karina is the North West’s youngest independent female restaurant owner. Founder of the Menagerie Restaurant Bar in Manchester and co-founder and creator of several bars said to be favourites with celebrities, she will be sharing her journey in a male dominated industry with a large shot of glitz and glamour.

Maura won the Inspirational Woman of the Year Award of the 2019 Enterprise Vision Awards and is CEO of BACKUP NW. By applying business acumen to the charity, she has increased its annual turnover to £2.8m whilst retaining its core values.
