£17m pipeline of work for Fylde coast construction specialists

West Lancashire Group, which has its headquarters at Poulton Business Park, said after a successful 2020 despite the coronavirus crisis, it was now looking at secured contracts exceeding £17m.
It will be the ninth year for the contractor, which employs 100 people, having maintained continued growth over the last 12 months despite covid operational restrictions and industry challenges.

Hide AdManaging director Kevin O’Toole said the firm has this month launched a new division - the data division - which will compliment and support both the traditional and design and build projects being completed, with the in-house engineers and technicians completing complex MEP projects in revit and building information modelling.
West Lancashire Electrical Contractors was originally formed in 2012 as a regional contractor but has continually developed with multiple operational divisions to provide clients with a single point of responsibility and delivery of building services, including in-house design, mechanical, electrical and plumbing contracting services as well as facilities maintenance across the UK.
Kevin O’Toole said: “We move into 2021 with a stronger, resilient business model to continually deliver MEP Excellence and quality within our industry sector, with secured contracts now exceeding £17m.

He added that the firm’s board of directors were proud to support organisations such as the Brian House hospice, by providing sponsorship and arranging charity golf days, annual race days, youth football teams and ladies football sponsorship, all made possible through the support of the dedicated staff.
