Inteb Sustainability is taking up residence at Jubilee House in Lytham, becoming the first major business to take advantage of leasing the purpose built, fully serviced offices from building’s owners, Danbro.

The company’s core activities include energy management, environmental assessments, renewable energy, building compliance services and funding of energy efficiency initiatives. Its blue chip clients include commercial property firm CBRE, EDF Energy, Capita, Bureau Veritas and Savills.

Having expanded into several incubator units within Myerscough College’s Rural Business Centre since the company started in 2010, Inteb Sustainability needed bigger, serviced premises from which to develop its areas of excellence and expertise. The newly refurbished Fylde coast site offered the right facilities and environment befitting a professional services organisation. The building also includes a communal library and gym.

Inteb Sustainability Chief Executive Philip Hargreaves said: “This is an exciting time for the company and the move to new headquarters in Lytham gives us the ideal platform from which to grow our impartial and game changing services to the real estate sector.

“We enjoyed a highly successful period at the Rural Business Centre but the time was right to move into bigger offices where we can keep the team together on one floor and have room for expansion. Jubilee House is a perfect fit.

“We have some big plans and opportunities in the pipeline to take the business forward into new markets as we expand internationally with our clients.

“We also offer in-house expertise in the new ESOS (Energy Savings Opportunity Scheme) scheme, with our own lead assessors.”

The transitional IT support and online management for the move has been provided by Manchester-based hosting and data back-up services provider Databax.

Inteb Sustainability has retained its services for the installation of cloud technology and a VOIP telecommunications systems to serve its growing customer base.

With an expanding team working primarily in the commercial property sector, Inteb Sustainability advises firms on ways to improve energy efficiency, cut carbon emissions and stay compliant with all relevant environmental regulations.
