Love Island's Kem and Amber ride Blackpool's Big One

And earlier today Love Island winners Kem Cetinay and Amber Davies were basking in the Blackpool sunshine during a promotional visit to the Pleasure Beach.

The duo, who took the title in the ITV2 reality show last month, came to the attraction to launch the Big One Beauty Bar - where thrillseekers can get their hair tidied and styled after braving the 74 miles and hour Big One Rollercoaster.

Hairdresser Kem was impressed with the pop-up salon’s kit, provided by haircare brand Remington, to fix four Pleasure Beach-inspired hairstyles including the Big One Blow Dry and the Big Dipper Quiff.

Self confessed ‘adrenaline junkie’ Amber said she couldn’t wait to ride the famous Big One, while Kem promised to win her some teddies on the sideshow games in town.

Fans gathered round the beauty bar to sneak a glimpse at the petit pairing, who coupled up during this year’s series of Love Island.

Speaking to fans during a paparazzi-packed photo call, brunette beauty Amber, originally from north Wales, said she’d been to the Pleasure Beach as a child with her sister and parents and was glad to be back. “I want to go round three times,” Amber said of riding the Big One. “I love that feeling in your stomach.”

Kem came to Revolution in Blackpool earlier this month.

Pleasure Beach guests can visit the beauty bar today and tomorrow for free styles.

Management for the pair refused to let the Gazette interview them.
