Law firm’s national panel call

Lytham-based law firm Linder Myers has been added to Countrywide Conveyancing Services national panel of property lawyers.

Countrywide Conveyancing Services, the largest UK transactional conveyancing business by completions, has expanded its panel of property lawyers as the housing market shows positive signs of an upturn.

It said this followed on from confidence growing among homebuyers.

Linder Myers will be advising on all aspects of conveyancing. Commenting on the appointment Duncan Rawlinson, head of residential conveyancing at Linder Myers in Lytham said: “This is a very positive sign that the property market is slowly starting to recover.
