Hide AdRalph Bacon, regional director of Jones Homes Lancashire, which is based in St Anne’s, said: “The market here remains strong, and there’s a growing demand for new homes.
"As a successful, expanding company we’re looking to increase our number of sites, particularly in Cumbria, which is a growth area for us.
“Because we’re a private, family-owned company, we can make quick decisions, which makes us a good company to deal with.
“We carefully select sites in desirable locations where people want to live and this helps to deliver good value for landowners.”
