The group’s decision to bring all of its services under the one trading name was taken to bring all colleagues who work in the housing provider’s different regions together under one corporate identity.

This means that Progress Housing Group’s subsidiaries, New Progress Housing Association, New Fylde Housing and Progress Care Housing Association, will all now trade under the name Progress Housing Group.

Jacqui De-Rose, group chief executive at Progress Housing Group, said: “Progress Housing Group is dedicated to providing the best possible service to our customers.

“In joining together our subsidiaries under one brand we will be uniting our strengths and enhancing the services we provide to our tenants, while ensuring that we continue to deliver on our commitment to keeping our customers at the heart of the business.”

The group manages affordable housing, supported living from people with learning disabilities and mental health needs, as well as keyworker accommodation, sheltered housing for people over 55, homeless accommodation and an in house property services division.
