Hide AdAsda has announced a slight change to its Christmas opening times from last year.
The supermarket will not open its stores on Boxing Day to allow its thousands of staff the chance to stay at home with their loved ones in what Asda said was “recognition of their efforts as key workers during the Covid 19 pandemic”.
It means shoppers will have until 7pm on Christmas Eve to get their Asda shop done before stores close for Christmas Day and Boxing Day before reopening on Sunday 27 December.
