On Call Doctors has been set up by GP Dr Asif Sange with its offices at the Whitehills business park.
The medical director, with more than 15 experience in the area, said that while at his Poulton practice he had noticed over the past three years that patients' problems were becoming more complex and required longer than the traditional 10 minute appointment.

He said: “It is becoming increasingly difficult to access healthcare when you require it, we want to use video consultations as well as face to face consultations and provide rapid blood tests on site and scans to get the correct diagnosis quickly and efficiently.
“We want to make it easy to see private GP’s and specialists and will look at ways to improve affordability.”
He said On Call Doctors was a private healthcare provider and its core services were private GP and specialist services, blood tests, scans (including MRI), private prescriptions and medicines on site and cosmetic treatments. It also offers face to face GP video consultations.

He added: “We know lots of people are time poor and want to be seen quickly and get the medication they need in one easy appointment. Our objective is to use new technologies together with traditional practice to provide high quality, compassionate medical care.
"Our new state of the art centre is conveniently located at Croft Court, this is especially convenient for all the businesses located on the business park as well as being just off the end of the M55 for surrounding areas.”
