Hide AdLiam, 34, said the idea had been in his mind for some years, but with time on his hands due to lockdown cancelling shows throughout 2020, he decided to follow his dream.
He said: “ I have lived in Blackpool for more than 11 years but I am originally from Liverpool and Hiya Luv is my typical greeting. It has become like a catchphrase for me and someone said I should have it on my T-shirt.
“So that’s when I thought of coming up with a fun, casual clothing range which would be a unisex brand which is suitable for all genders, ages and sizes. I launched it on Valentine’s Day and already the orders are coming in.
“I have been working as a carer through part of lockdown as entertainment has been decimated by the closures, but I always wanted to have a clothing range and used my free time to bring it together.”

He said: “I am probably best known for being a Boy George impersonator and I have always been interested in 80s music, style and culture.
“The range has an 80s influence with a retro vibe.
“Lovely Linda Nolan kindly agreed to be a model for me, she is a good friend and helped out with some good ideas. I wanted to do designer clothing in a more mainstream way, Boo Hoo rather than Versacci! I am aiming to have some gymwear and summer beach clothing out soon.
“I am also an ambassador for the James Bulger Memorial Trust and donations from some items will go to that charity.”
