Safety measures had been put into place before the reopening of Thornton, St Anne's, Lytham and Garstang YMCA gyms on Saturday.
These gyms were part of a phased reopening, and other centres will be reopening during a second and third phase.
"We have been overwhelmed by the kindness and support. As a registered charity our aim is to continue to provide health and well-being to the communities we serve in the safest way possible.
"We have made many changes to our centres and maximised the space available to ensure everyone has the safest workout possible."
Here are some of the measures put into place so you can continue to keep fit safely.
