It comes after fly-tipping incidents continue to be reported, despite tips reopening after the coronavirus lockdown.
An incident on Rossall Promenade on Thursday (August 14) saw a bag full of rubbish, a box of clothing, plastic and a TV box dumped next to a bin.

Hide AdA spokesman for environment organisation Love My Beach said: "Over recent months our coastline has been struggling with an increased amount of litter from beach users. If you are visiting the beach our message is quite simple, “leave only footprints."
"If the bins are full, please take your litter home. We would encourage everyone to plan ahead by bringing a spare bag for rubbish.
"A small number of people have chosen to leave fly-tipped rubbish next to bins on the promenade, which is extremely irresponsible behaviour. As Recycling Centres have reopened there really is no excuse.
"Our volunteer beach cleaners and council teams are working extremely hard to keep our coastline clean and ensure beaches can be enjoyed by visitors. Please do what you can to support them, rather than cause further damage to our environment."

Hide AdWyre council also issued a reminder to residents and visitors, and said that fly-tipping remained an issue in the borough.
Earlier this week, the council told the Gazette that some bins along Cleveleys and Rossall promenade could not be emptied recently due to an influx of visitors blocking vehicle access.
A spokesman for Wyre council said: "If you do have waste you’d like to get rid of, remember that you can visit the Household Waste and Recycling Centre in Fleetwood - there’s no need to book an appointment.
"If you do employ someone to collect and dispose of your waste, follow the SCRAP rules, suspect all waste carriers, check their registration details, and refuse unexpected offers to take waste.
"Ask what will happen to your waste, and paperwork should be obtained."
