Blackpool Tower is helping banish the January blues by turning orange – as the coast’s own magic lamp – as its pantomime draws to a close.
The Tower Circus panto (right) runs until Sunday January 18, telling the classic story of Aladdin with the aid of stunts, tricks and comedy capers.
Produced and directed by the legendary Endresz family, Aladdin showcases the talent of The Blackpool Tower Circus at its best.
And, as a special Tower treat, anyone sharing a picture of the orange tower via social media site Twitter, using the hashtag #TowerPower could be in with a chance to win two tickets to see the circus’s festive special.
Blackpool Tower general manager Kate Shane said: “What better way to kick off 2015 than with some fantastic family fun?
“We’ve had a great pantomime season this year and can’t wait to bring a little post-Christmas joy to these dreary January days. Make sure you don’t miss out on this fantastic show before it comes to an end – made all the more special by the orange glow of the Blackpool Tower.”
With online ticket prices starting from £9.95 for children and £12.95 for adults, the pantomime promises to be more than enough to get your year off to a fantastic start. Visit www.theblackpooltower.com or call 0871 222 9929 for ticket details.
