Fans of singer Olly Murs can get a glimpse of the star when he visits Blackpool on Monday to unveil his waxwork figure at Madame Tussauds.
Olly is due to greet fans outside the attraction on the Promenade at around 4pm.
He said: “There is no greater honour than having a wax figure created, it means I’ll be immortalised for years to come among the other famous faces at Madame Tussauds Blackpool.
“I hear there was great demand for a figure of me to be made, so I can’t wait to be the one of the first to see it first, the whole thing was a great experience from start to finish.”
General manager of Madame Tussauds Blackpool, Matthew Titherington, said: “It is fantastic to have Olly’s figure joining the music area, amongst stars like Lady Gaga, Leona Lewis and Peter Andre. There has been a huge demand from our visitors for a figure of Olly, so it was only a matter of time.
“Olly is one of the most loved artists in British music, so we are giving the public what they want.”
