TRANCE is back in Blackpool as Blueprint celebrate their first birthday by throwing their biggest party to date at Club Sanuk tonight.
Having established the brand in Blackpool in 2011, Blueprint started life at Under-Bar on Bank Hey Street with guest DJs such as Jon O’Bir, Paul Webster and Activa but has now moved to a bigger venue as Sanuk’s main arena is seen as perfect to host such events. Entrance tonight is only available from the Promenade not the main terrace entrance.
Headlining the first birthday special are two of the most talented DJs from Ireland and Scotland, Bryan Kearney and Mark Sherry.
Bryan Kearney, a DJ of almost 10 years experience, has established himself on the international dance scene. The talented technician’s cutting edge sets contain the best in club driven music.
He’s a DJ who likes to take risks, and loves to surprise clubbers with exclusive edits. Last year saw continuation of his ascent up the dance music ladder with performances across the globe and his residency at UK superclub Passion at The Emporium.
Mark Sherry is a pioneer of Tech Trance. He’s been travelling the globe performing at club dates and events and has just been confirmed to head back to Argentina to headline at Only Trance at Pacha in Buenos Aires next month before jetting over to Australia. He has also played at some of the world’s biggest festivals.
The night features Blackpool’s own Jason Fubar. He has spun at some of the world’s greatest dance music institutions plus an eight year spell at the UK’s biggest superclub – The Syndicate.
In support are Blueprint Resident DJs, from Blackpool: Lee Thompson, Alex Anderson, Jonny Ward, Aaron Morris and Dave Hazell.
Tickets are £6 from Skiddle.com or pay on the door on the night at the Promenade entrance. Doors 10pm until 4am. There is also a pre-party at Bar 19 on Church Street from 7 until 9.30pm.
