Tomorrow’s third and final Fylde Arts Young Artists’ Summer Platform recitals at Lytham Assembly Rooms is being given by Stephanie Tepper (flute), Suzanne Clare (clarinet) and Russell Lomas (piano).
Stephanie was educated at Manchester High School for Girls and in 2004 was accepted by the Junior School of the Royal Northern College of Music. She was awarded a scholarship to the RNCM.
Following her recent graduation she now gives solo and chamber music recitals while pursuing an orchestral playing and teaching career.
Suzanne began playing the clarinet aged eight. From 2004 she studied at the Birmingham Conservatoire, graduating with honours. She accepted a place at the RNCM to do postgraduate studies and achieved a masters degree in music with distinction in solo performance.
Since then she has performed in many prestigious venues and regularly works with major orchestras.
Russell Lomas studied at the Royal Manchester College of Music graduating with distinction in both performers and teachers diplomas and winning all available awards for piano and accompaniment.
He is one of the country’s finest and respected accompanists who, until his retirement in 2003, was head of accompaniment at Chetham’s School of Music.
The recital begins at 2pm.
