Frank Bruno is the knockout signing to start a string of sports stars and speakers appearing at Blackpool’s Viva cabaret bar.
The boxing legend will make a one-off appearance at the Church Street venue on Sunday, June 14.
Fans will be able to take part in a Q&A session with the sports star, as he shares stories from his life in and outside the ring.
The event will be hosted by Norry Ascroft, better known as his alter ego Lionel Vinyl, raising funds for his charity Positive Youth.
Norry said: “I was thrilled to be asked to come and host this event with one of the biggest all time names in boxing – Frank was certainly one of my heroes when I was growing up.
“And I was even more thrilled when the guys at Viva told me they wanted to help the charity which focuses on building confidence, self- esteem and encourages youth on a positive track during their school years which are so influential on the rest of their lives.
“I know Frank’s overcome his own issues and I’m just so excited to meet him and share the stage with this giant name of sport. It’s going to be an incredible afternoon not to be missed.”
Tickets for the event include a three-course Sunday lunch with packages available to include a meet and greet and photo opportunity with Frank.
