‘Britain’s bluest comedian’ is back at Viva in Blackpool tomorrow.
The latest of Roy Chubby Brown’s dates at the Church Street venue will see him delivering the usual standard of outrageous laughs.
Despite the reputation he has always warned his audience “If easily offended please stay away.”
A spokesman said: “His comic appearance in a multi-coloured funny suit and flying helmet is not far removed from the traditional circus clown.
“His delivery, style, comic songs, funny walk/dance is all contained in a genuinely funny man.
“He has toured the UK every week of every year for the past 30 years and his DVDs still sell in their tens of thousands.”
Tickets are available from the box office (01253) 297297 or via the website www.vivablackpool.com
* The venue’s regular bill of show’s also continues, including the Summer Spectacular, Diva – Heard It On The Radio and The Jerseys.
And on Tuesday night there’s magic for all the family as High Jinx make their return to the resort.
The duo promises ‘amazement, puzzlement and entertainment’ in what will be a kind of ‘greatest hits’ show, as the duo Michael Jordan and Tamsyn Sear prepare for the arrival of their first child in the autumn. Michael’s this year joined by Jo Renzulli as his assistant
They’ll be joined in stage by the Viva showgirls and a guest artist, too.
