Dreamgirls tour coming to Blackpool Opera House
Sonia Friedman Productions has announced that Nicole Dennis will play the role of Effie White in the first-ever UK tour of Dreamgirls.
The tour is coming to the Opera House Blackpool from Tuesday October 27 – Saturday November 7, 2020.
A finalist on ITV’s The Voice in 2019, Nicole Dennis wowed viewers and judges at her blind audition, performing Dreamgirls mega-hit ‘And I Am Telling You I’m Not Going’ alongside team mentor Jennifer Hudson, who won an Oscar for her portrayal of Effie in the blockbuster hit film version of the musical.
