Former Fylde skipper Sam Beaumont looks set to miss the trip to Henley Hawks on Saturday for a National League One clash.

And the consistent back row forward is not the only absentee for the 2pm kick-off.

Roger Banks should continue deputise in the second row for Gareth Gore, who was due to have an operation on a broken nose this week.

Fylde are hoing Banks and fellow forward Ben Vernon shrug off knocks - Oli Trippier has been added as cover.

Forwards Danny Maher and Simon Griffiths are both missing tomorrow, as they are unavailable as is centre Steve Briers.

With Scott Barrow still sidelined through injury, Charles Hough is at centre.

Warren Spragg is still waiting to get the all-clear after a bout of concussion.

Flanker Steve McGinnis is out because of school duties, but Fylde are hopeful that he will be okay for next week’s home match against Blaydon.

While Fylde were beating Richmond 34-26 last Saturday, a result that saw them leap-frog over Blaydon into sixth, James Comben ran in two second-half tries to help Henley to a 32-27 away win at Worthing.

Henley go into tomorrow’s match in ninth place, with Fylde occupying sixth.

Fylde: Viney; Rath, Hough, C Briers, Brennand; Johnson, De La Harpe; Birchall, Burtonwood, Altham, Banks, Arnold, Robinson, Vernon, Stewart. Replacements from: Lewis, Rylance, Thompson, Dorrington, Lawton or Spragg, Trippier.
