Give St George's a big hand for Blackpool handball
You've got to hand it to St George's School.
St George’s won the first Blackpool schools’ handball tournament for year 10 boys.
In a bid to develop the sport in the resort’s schools, tournaments have been taking place this term for boys and girls in each year from 7 to 10.
St Mary’s staged the boys’ three-team tournament for year 10, in which Unity Academy also competed.
St George’s won the round-robin, in which all the teams played each other in 20-minute matches.
