Will Aimson, Sean Longstaff and Armand Gnanduillet are the three players to come into Blackpool's starting 11, while Viv Solomon-Otabor, Danny Philliskirk and Kyle Vassell are the three to make way.
Solomon-Otabor and Philliskirk drop to the bench, while Vassell is out of the squad altogether.
