That’s according to Mark Cullen, who had a major role in getting the Seasiders to the League Two play-off final with three goals and two assists over the two semi-finals.

Exeter City are all that stands between Gary Bowyer’s side and an instant return to the third tier of English football – and Cullen says he can’t wait to get going.

“The second leg against Luton seems like a long time ago now but it’s still fresh in the memory,” he said.

“The dressing room was brilliant, I’ve not experienced too many moments like that in my career so to enjoy those celebrations was absolutely brilliant.

“But we want to try and better those celebrations at Wembley.”

Cullen has ended the season in fine form, scoring nine times in his last 14 games – a run of form that includes his hat-trick against his former side in the first leg of the play-off semi-final.

That makes the 25-year-old a virtually guaranteed starter for Sunday’s play-off decider, and the striker says he can’t wait to walk out on the hallowed Wembley turf.

He said: “You dream of this sort of thing as a kid but not many players get to do it on such a big occasion. So it should be really good.

“We’ve trained exactly the same as we would any other week. It’s just another game of football, it just happens to be at Wembley, not Bloomfield Road or anywhere else.”

Exeter go into Sunday’s game as slight favourites having finished two places above Blackpool in the league, although Bowyer’s men gained four points from the two league games against the Grecians.

“We played them first game of the season and we played really well that day,” Cullen added.

“Down at their place it was a different kind of game and at that point they had obviously picked up their form a little bit.

“They gave us a real good game and I’m expecting the same again. They play some decent football and they have some dangerous players so we have to be wary of that.”

As of yesterday morning, Blackpool had sold 5,289 tickets.
