Lytham St Annes High Technology College represented Blackpool FC Community Trust in the Regional Finals of the EFL Kinder+Sport Under-16s Futsal Cup and finished runners-up.
It saw different teams across Lancashire participating in Manchester with LSA earning the right to represent Blackpool FC Community Trust after winning a competition back in November.
LSA were drawn in group one alongside representatives from Accrington Stanley, Blackburn Rovers, Carlisle United and Fleetwood Town.
They progressed to the final after comfortably progessing from the group stages and beating Tranmere 1-0 in the semi final.
Lytham St Annes took on local school Baines in the final, where the latter ran out 4-0 victors.
However, the students were a credit to their school.
The two teams progress to the national finals in March at the Derby Velodrome where they will take on EFL clubs from across the country.
