He said: “A lot of people at the fans forum told us they are going down to Bristol.

“Bristol is a long way, it will be good to have as many as we can down there.

“It is an intimidating place and the more of our own people we can get down there, the better it is for the players.”

The away support increased last year and Rosler says tht awas a combination of his players’ form and chairman Andy Pilley, who has subsidised travel to Bristol.

Rosler said: “Last year we improved a lot on our numbers due to the performance of the players but also due to the fact that the chairman really helped, with the emphasis on supporting the supporters to go to our away games.

“I heard he is doing that as well this year, for us it is a massive help.”

Pilley is doing his utmost to help the Cod Army watch Rosler’s side on the road and perhaps see family along the way.

The club has put together a package for the trip to Plymouth Argyle on Saturday, October 7.

For just £75 per person, the Cod Army can travel to Brixham in Devon on October 6 to enjoy a two night stay in a hotel, travel to the game and back on the Saturday and return to Fleetwood on Sunday.

Match tickets are not included in the offer; these need to be purchased separately from the club shop in advance or via www.ftfcstore.com

Pilley has also agreed to put on an additional supporters coach on from Brixham to the match free of charge, so if anyone has family or friends in the Brixham area who are Town fans, they are encouraged to join the trip.
