The 24-year-old curled in the spectacular set-piece from 30 yards to hand his side the lead at Bloomfield Road on Saturday.

But the visitors were pegged back in injury time with another free-kick, this time from the left foot of Pool's left-back Andy Taylor.

Berry's goal is up against a similar free-kick from Scunthorpe's in-form talisman Josh Morris.

Speaking after the game, Berry said he was pleased to find the back of the net with his fine strike.

"Everyone practises finishing, and then you have 10 or 20 minutes after training to have a little go. I was due one, really, so it was good," he said.
