Striker Kyle Vassell returns to the side after missing out against Mansfield

Vassell missed out Blackpool's 1-0 defeat at Mansfield on Tuesday with what manager Gary Bowyer described as a minor knock.

It means Mark Cullen, who came into the side to replace him, drops back onto the bench.

The rest of the side remains unchanged as the Seasiders look to get back to winning ways against Newport, who come into the game languishing bottom of the League Two table.
