Bright Osayi-Samuel is the only player to remain in Blackpool's side from the starting eleven against Brackley Town on Saturday.

It means Blackpool will be risking another fine from the Football League, with tournament rules stipulating that sides should make no more than five changes from their previous fixture.

Blackpool were fined £3,000 in the last round after Sam Slocombe was subbed off after 11 minutes to give Myles Boney some game time, with Bowyer having already made five changes.

Winger Colin Daniel misses out once again through a hamstring injury he suffered during the 4-1 home win against Newport County. A number of senior players, including Sam Slocombe, Tom Aldred, Brad Potts and Kyle Vassell, have been left out of the squad completely.

Blackpool have also only named five substitutes, which includes Jack Redshaw returning after a lengthy spell on the sidelines. Youngsters Rowan Roache and Christian N'Guessan are also included.

Doncaster have also opted to make nine changes.

Blackpool progressed to the second round of the competition after finishing second in their group stage, behind Cheltenham. Meanwhile Doncaster won their group.
