Now they head to another survival seeker in AFC Wimbledon, who are three points below them.

And Hiwula says all of the team is pulling in the same direction under new boss John Sheridan as he bids to make it six unbeaten since taking over from Uwe Rosler.

Hiwula said: “We are expecting Wimbledon to be hard to beat but I think we can go there and try and get something out of the game.

“They are like cup finals, every game we go into now until the end of the season we want to try and win.

“We have been doing well in recent weeks and we just have to keep going.

“Everyone is ready to fight, in training everyone is working hard to try and impress the new manager and I feel like everyone is pulling in the same boat to try and keep this team in the division.”
