Fleetwood Town are forced into radical changes as Shrewsbury visit Highbury for a relegation six pointer

Joe Davis is absent having picked up an injury in Thursday's Johnstone's Paint Trophy penalty shootout defeat to Barnsley - Stephen Jordan partnering Nathan Pond at centre half.

Also absent are Antoni Sarcevic and Jimmy Ryan - the midfield pair failing to shake off injuries which kept them out of Thursday's cup tie.

Added to the injury list in midfield is Eggert Jonsson with Conor McLaughlin likely to push forward in his place, Tyler Forbes deputising at right back.

Up front Alex Kiwomya and Devante Cole start, partnered with Ash Hunter who grabbed a late equaliser in midweek to take the game to spot kicks.

Junior Brown and Andy Mangan - both promoted from the Conference with Fleetwood start for former boss Micky Mellon whose Shrews side sit one place and one point ahead of the hosts in the League One table.
