Fleetwood Town boss Graham Alexander insists he isn’t likely to add to his squad on transfer deadline day.

Town, who lost 2-0 at AFC Wimbledon on Saturday, have added nine new faces over the summer.

And Alexander believes his business is all done

“I don’t envisage more transfers,” he said.

“We’re always looking to improve but we’re also looking to improve the players we have at the club.

“One bad result, we’re not going to say these lads aren’t any good, lets bring some others in.

“We’ve got faith in these players and I know we’ve got a good team in that dressing room”

And he’s looking for an improvement from that group ahead of tomorrow’s Johnstone’s Paints Trophy clash at Tranmere.

He said: “We made a good start to the season.

“The first three game we played very well.

“Since then our performance levels have dropped off and that’s something we need to address.”
