The Coasters fought out a draw in this first round FA Trophy encounter at Mill Farm.
The visitors went ahead after 25 minutes when a cross-shot by Lee Cox was knocked in at the far post by Glenn Walker.
Brackley led 1-0 at half-time, but six minutes into the second period, Fylde equalised when Brendon Daniels fired home a free kick from around 20 yards out.
