Raul Correia and Joe Lumley are set to make their Blackpool debuts in tonight's Checkatrade Trophy third round clash against Shrewsbury Town.
Correia, who signed from Radcliffe Borough in January of last year, is set to lead the line having recently returned from his loan spell at Guiseley.
Lumley, meanwhile, makes his first start for the Seasiders having sealed a loan deal from Queens Park Rangers on Monday.
It means Christoffer Mafoumbi, who has played the last two league games, drops to the bench.
Elsewhere, Will Aimson, Nick Anderton, Jimmy Ryan, Callum Cooke, Danny Philliskirk and Scott Quigley also come into the side as Gary Bowyer opts to make eight changes from the 1-0 defeat at Oxford United on Saturday.
Jim McAlister makes the bench and is likely to appear in the second half for what will be his first appearance in 11 months.
The midfielder has been out injured since fracturing his tibia in the 1-1 draw against Colchester United in February of last year.
Should Blackpool win tonight they will make it through to the last eight of the competition.
Shrewsbury have named a strong side despite playing West Ham in the FA Cup just three days ago.
The League One promotion chasers also face Blackburn Rovers on Saturday.
