Agyei, who arrived at Bloomfield Road on loan from Burnley on Thursday, makes his debut against the side he started his career with.

Vassell, meanwhile, returns from a hamstring injury that has kept him out for over a month.

His last appearance came in the 2-1 defeat to Rotherham United in December. Since then, he has missed Blackpool's last eight fixtures in all competitions.

Despite being linked with a move to Blackpool's League One rivals Bradford City, Kelvin Mellor starts at right back.

The two players to drop out for Agyei and Vassell are Nathan Delfouneso and Jimmy Ryan. The latter misses out altogether with a knock.

AFC Wimbledon are currently third from bottom in League One, five points off Blackpool in 16th.
