Blackpool FC has announced a freeze on season ticket prices for the 2017/18 season.
From 9am today until Monday, June 5, Seasiders’ supporters can once again make the most of early bird savings.
An adult season ticket costs £220 – the equivalent of £9.56 a game – a senior season ticket is priced at £170 – working out at £7.39 a game – while a season ticket for Under-19s will cost £100 – or £4.34 a game.
The club’s ‘Young Seasiders’ scheme, which children can join for £5, allows youngsters under the age of 11 on August 5, 2017 to gain free admission to home league matches with a paying adult or senior. However, proof of age will be required when purchasing.
The club’s existing season ticket holders have until 5pm om Monday, June 5 to renew their current seat.
Season ticket holders for the 2017/18 campaign will also receive a number of benefits.
These include: two club shop vouchers worth 10 per cent off; two vouchers allowing them to bring a friend to a home league match for free; a £5 discount off the price of standard league match tickets – £2 off if an Under-19 season ticket holder; entry into a regular draw to win hospitality tickets for two for one match at Bloomfield Road; a one-off opportunity to upgrade to hospitality for a match at Bloomfield Road for £45 per season ticket holder; and an invitation to exclusive season ticket holder events.
Any child under the age of 16 can become a member of Young Seasiders for just £5.
That package includes: free entry to league home matches for Under-11s with a paying adult; Over-11s receive a £2 discount on league home matches on production of their Young Seasiders membership card; a voucher for a junior match ticket; a voucher for a free junior replica shirt; an invitation to special events and parties where they can meet the players; a birthday card signed by the squad; and an opportunity to be a mascot at an away fixture.
Once the early bird deadline passes, season tickets will cost £275 for adults, £225 for seniors and £120 for under-19s.
Supporters opting for the standing order option must have the facility set up with their bank by Friday, May 26, in order for the first payment to start on Thursday, June 1.
