Blackpool have been dealt a blow with the news that Kyle Vassell will miss out tonight's deciding play-off semi-final second leg through injury.
The striker, who hobbled off midway through the second half of the first leg, has not recovered from a hamstring injury.
Gary Bowyer had hoped his top scorer would be back in time for tonight's crunch game, but it has just come too early for the 24-year-old.
He's replaced by Nathan Delfouneso who comes into the side to partner Mark Cullen, who was the hat-trick hero in the 3-2 first leg win at Bloomfield Road.
It means the Seasiders will keep their 3-5-2 formation, with Will Aimson, Tom Aldred and Clark Robertson the three centre backs.
Jim McAlister remains a long-term absentee while Jamille Matt misses out through injury once again.
Luton are unchanged from the first leg.
