BLACKPOOL will decide this week whether to extend Marko Futacs’ loan deal.
The striker’s one-month spell at Bloomfield Road expired after Monday’s 1-0 win against Crystal Palace.
Pool’s players return for training tomorrow after enjoying a two-day break to get over the tough Easter period.
It’s unsure whether Futacs will be with his Blackpool team-mates tomorrow or back at his parent club Leicester City.
“Marko’s loan is up now,” confirmed manager Paul Ince. “Obviously it’s a difficult one as we haven’t used him as much as we’d have liked. I’ll have to sit down and see what we think in the next couple of days.”
The 23-year-old failed to score in any of his four appearances for the club. If the deal is to be extended, it would be for the rest of the season.
Pool have this week to decide whether or not to extend the loan until the end of the season.
