Blackpool are once again hoping Ricardo Fuller will be fit enough for tomorrow’s game.
The striker is a vital part of the side but has been kept out in recent weeks by a knee injury.
Pool haven’t won a single game without him since he signed from Charlton in August.
And manager Ferguson revealed there’s a chance he could make the trip.
“Ricardo’s done a bit of training but we don’t know if he’s going to be available tomorrow,” he said.
“We’ll see how he reacts to the couple of days he’s done with us.
“It would be great to have him back, if not it will be next week.”
Ferguson himself is struggling after once again damaging his ankle against Burnley a week ago.
He missed Monday’s game against Brighton and despite training yesterday was visibly struggling afterwards.
And it’s now highly unlikely he’ll play.
He said: “I probably won’t be fit. The Burnley game took a lot out of me in terms of my ankle.
“It’s not really improved since then, to be honest.
“I take each day as it comes and see how I am.
“In training it wasn’t good on Thursday, so I’m a doubt.”
