The 30-year-old has yet to make a single appearance for the Seasiders after making the move to Bloomfield Road from Carlisle last summer.
Originally signed under the interim board when Terry McPhillips was manager, Devitt found himself out of the first-team picture when Simon Grayson took charge under Simon Sadler’s new ownership.

The Irishman has since been linked with a return to Carlisle this summer, while Ian Evatt’s Bolton Wanderers have also been mentioned.
When asked about the prospect of re-signing Devitt, Beech told the News & Star: “Jamie’s been brilliant in the past, but I shouldn’t really comment too much on somebody else’s player.
“What I do know is he didn’t play a lot last season, he’s had an operation to have his hamstring tied back together. That’s where Jamie is.

“We’ll see. I don’t know.”
Devitt was left out of Blackpool’s squad last week for their opening pre-season friendly of the summer against Southport.
