Blackpool FC deadline day LIVE: Updates on final day of January transfer window

The 23-year-old has re-joined his former Burton Albion boss Nigel Clough at Field Mill, where he will remain until the end of the season.

The summer signing has made just nine appearances for the Seasiders this season and has failed to find the back of the net.

Just one of those appearances has come from the start in League One.

“We know Ollie from his time at Burton and he’ll provide us with a good option, playing anywhere across the front three,” Clough said.

“He’s not played too much at Blackpool so he’s raring to go.

“He has quality and pedigree. He’s a skillful player and is different to what we have in those forward three positions, and that was the main reason for bringing him in.”
