Just over 3,000 season tickets have already been sold in two weeks with the early bird deadline set to end at 5pm today.

Due to the impressive sales and because of the anticipated social distancing measures that are likely to be put in place, which will inevitably reduce capacity, the club has decided to introduce a cap.

“As of this morning, the club has sold just over 3,000 season tickets,” the club said in a statement.

“Simon (Sadler), the board, Neil (Critchley), the players and everyone at the club would like to thank you for your amazing support.

“Due to this overwhelming demand and the anticipated implementation of social distancing measures when stadiums can admit supporters again, the club has decided to introduce a cap on season ticket sales of 4,000.

“The club can confirm that if any supporter has issues with the renewal process, then as long as the club receives an email to [email protected] by the 5pm deadline, then the club will process the season ticket renewal or purchase at the early bird price up to the cap of 4,000.
