Looking for things to do with your kids these school holidays? Here’s the perfect treat.

We’ve teamed up with The Co-operative Food to offer your son or daughter the chance to attend The Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy at Kirkham Grammar School from August 1-5.

Four winners will get the chance to attend the Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy, which develops children’s cricketing skills while having fun at the same time.

In 2009, ‘Freddie’ led England to another fantastic Ashes win and his status as one of the biggest players in the game was confirmed.

Flintoff has recently retired from all forms of cricket and has established himself as one of the modern greats of the game.

It all started for Freddie on the Fylde coast, as a junior with St Annes CC, and now he’s delighted to bring his Academy to our area.

Flintoff said: “It would be great to produce the next star, but it is just as important to inspire someone who has never played the game before to take it up. Cricket gets kids active and healthy.”

There is also a healthy eating programme included as part of the Academy, with healthy kids’ Co-operative Food-inspired recipe cards for busy parents to take away.

So if your son or daughter is a keen cricket fan and aged between 5-16, this is the perfect prize for them – a unique cricketing experience at the Andrew Flintoff Cricket Academy!

Each winner will also receive a free ‘academy’ cricket shirt. There is also a final awards ceremony at the end of the week, with prizes, certificates and giveaways.

All you have to do to stand a chance of winning a place at the Academy for the full five days, courtesy of The Co-operative Food, is answer the following simple question:
