A Croft XI will take on three other sides at Blackpool CC’s Stanley Park on Thursday, August 2.
All proceeds from the event, which begins at 12pm, will go towards Croft’s chosen charities Brian House and the Professional Cricketers' Association’s Benevolent Fund.
Croft's side will compete against teams representing the Northern Premier Cricket League, Palace Shield Cricket League and Liverpool & District Cricket Competition.
This is part of a series of events to celebrate the Blackbool-born all rounder, who has been granted a testimonial in what is his 14th season with the Red Rose county.
Earlier this month, Croft starred with the bat during a T-20 match at Lytham CC's Church Road.
Croft’s side included his Red Rose team-mates Keaton Jennings, Graham Onions and Stephen Parry as well as former Lancashire favourite Sajid Mahmood.
Entry to next month’s event is free, but corporate hospitality is available from £35 per person with 100 places available on a first come, first served basis.
