Tyson Fury vowed to end ‘boring’ Wladimir Klitschko’s reign after storming into their press conference dressed as Batman.

The Morecambe giant’s latest stunt saw him keep the Ukrainian waiting at the Hilton Syon Park Hotel in London before making a grand entrance as the Caped Crusader – including mask.

He would then go on to scrap with an ‘intruder’ dressed as the Dark Knight’s arch nemesis The Joker before returning in a suit and apologising for being ‘late’.

Fury, who challenges Klitschko for the WBA, WBO, IBF and IBO world heavyweight titles at the ESPRIT Arena in Dusseldorf on October 24, said: “I cannot wait.

“Welcome to my city, welcome to my town, UK baby.

“It’s a very personal mission for me to rid boxing of a boring person like you.

“I’ve fallen asleep listening to you.

“You have as much charisma as my underpants - zero, none!

“You are a robotic person who is not exciting to watch. Jab, jab, hold, that’s all you do.

“You are boring and all of Europe wants to see you get beaten.

“You have a chin like a piece of glass and when I hit it, it will explode like this glass against that wall.

“What am I afraid of? A man who has had 20 defences against bums?

“I’m not interested in your titles, I’m only interested in breaking your face in.”

Klitschko was unmoved by the unbeaten former British and European champion’s antics, insisting he is training harder than ever for the fight.

He said: “Don’t fall asleep please I switched from training three to four sessions a day.

“I feel good, not great yet. I’m doing the most tough preparation I’ve ever had.”
