St Annes boxer Matty Askin has been ruled out of his British cruiserweight title fight in Cardiff on March 11 after sustaining an injury in training

He had been due to meet Craig Kennedy at the Motorpoint Arena in the city, but he has sustained a hand injury.

With Askin sidelined, it means Stephen Simmons has been drafted in as a replacement opponent for the Channel 5 televised fight.
