A Fylde-based firm is leading the drive to help residents sort out their own financial “masterplans”.
Questa Chartered, based at Whitehills Business Park, is supporting this year’s Financial Planning Week.
The firm will be offering the general public in Blackpool and the Fylde Coast the opportunity to benefit from a free consultation with its certified financial planners.
Financial Planning Week, which begins today, is backed by the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment and represents a national initiative to bring financial planning to the consumer forefront.
The drive will unify Certified Financial Planner professionals, CISI Accredited Financial Planning Firm financial planners, schools and industry media in a bid to improve the financial fitness of the British public.
Stuart Dewin, director at Questa Chartered, said: “This is such a great initiative that raises awareness of the importance of sound financial planning. With recent major changes to the financial market, now is the perfect chance to get in touch and see what new opportunities are available for you and your finances.
“Whether it’s advice on mortgages, ISAs or pensions our free consultations will be able to help people take simple steps to improve their financial fitness.”
Rebecca Taylor, managing director of Aurea Financial Planning, said: “The aim is to help the UK public draw up their own, personal, financial masterplan.”
